1. FORWARD WITH FULL HEADER the junk email to your ISP internet service provider ( find their abuse email address ) with the FULL header (not normal header) as it came in to you - to get the full header setting . . .

Email , View , Header , choose ALL - copy the full header of the junk email and add it as text to the forwarded junk email 

the full header changes each time the email is forwarded, so just forwarding (without the text of the full header as it cam in to you ) to abuse@ISP.com doesn't give them the needed info

2. FILTER OUT junk email with your own email program, filter by bad keywords ( refinance, debt, xxx, morgage, ink jet, Nigeria, winner, etc ) filter by bad words in subject line or the body of the email

     Outlook Express: JUNK MAIL filter (offending servers) and RULES (offending words)
Tools , Message rules , Mail tab , Mail rule , Search ___ words , Delete from server , Blue link to add more ___ words

also list the offending servers (commas) ( JunkCompany.com,StupidEmail.com,WasteOfOurTime.com ) subtract up to the @
JunkEmail@JunkCompany.com to JunkCompany.com listed in the Junk mail filter

     Netscape: Edit , Message filters , New enabled check , Filter action , incoming message , body-contains ________ , Then Delete , empty trash     or MORE , subject-contains ______ Then Delete )

Keep good email address in your address book so as to not accidently filter them out.

Use Bcc (Blind copy) instead of Cc in email lists, so the other email adresses are not visible for harvesters to intercept. Ask others that have your email in a list, to use Bcc
